Yes. Velara Wellness is fully licensed and insured, and all services are performed in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA-aware practices.

We collect specimens using provider-supplied lab orders and coordinate pickup or drop-off according to the lab designated by the ordering provider. We do not operate as a laboratory.

How do scheduling and turnaround times work?
