To ensure reliable scheduling and high-quality service, Velara Wellness follows the booking policies outlined below.

Appointments & Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system unless otherwise noted. Same-day appointments are subject to availability and require direct phone scheduling. Same-day services are assessed an additional fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be considered late cancellations.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows may result in additional fees and/or loss of booking privileges.

Multiple Cancellations
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the client being restricted or blocked from future scheduling to ensure fair availability for other clients.

Clinic & Organization Appointments
Clinic and organization scheduling policies may vary based on contractual agreements and will be outlined during onboarding or service setup.
